No, my foster mommy didn’t make a typo...my name is “Bear Bear”, not Bear! I am a sleek panther with my stunning black fur. I’m shy in the beginning until curiosity sets in. I was found in Naugatuck with no mommy. Opal, Harvey’s mommy, took me under her wings and I thrived. It was difficult growing up with Harvey. He is bossy. Please don’t tell him. I love playing with Harvey and my mommy. I can outrun and out-climb them. Playing king of the kitty tower is my favorite game. I am king of the jungle and no one gets the top but me. I love sleeping on the big bed. I will even allow you to sleep on the big bed. I get along with other animals and even people. Please consider adopting me! Bear Bear…

*BONDED PAIR - Rico and TomTom must be adopted together.* Rico (approximate DOB: January 7, 2026) and TomTom (approximate DOB: June 7, 2025) are a bonded pair of sweet boys whose journey has made them appreciate every act of kindness. They were rescued from an extremely neglectful situation where they were left living in a filthy apartment, severely underweight and dehydrated. Just minutes before they were going to be put out onto the street, a compassionate neighbor reached out to us for help. That call saved their lives. Although they aren’t biological brothers, their bond is undeniable. Having endured such difficult circumstances together, they found comfort and security in one another. T…

Say hello to Fritz, an all-black male kitten rescued in Waterbury. We think he and his brother, Hansel, were born around May 1. Fritz is playful and loving. He will greet his foster mom with cuddles and kisses when she gets home and he likes to hang out in her lap. Fritz is the type of kitten who wants to be able to sleep in his human’s bed at the end of the day, or right next to it. It would be great if he could be adopted with his brother Hansel (tuxedo male). If you aren't looking to adopt two kittens, Fritz really needs to have another feline at his new home to be his playmate and snuggle friend. Fritz also likes dogs and would be gentle with young children. Fritz was born around May 1, …

Cyan1 Year 9 Months · Female · Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)Naugatuck, ct · 13.9 miGood with catsHouse-trained
The adoption fee for Cyan is graciously being covered by her foster family. Cyan came to our rescue at 10 weeks old having braved the cold outdoors with her mother and brothers. She retained that survival instinct, and at first would hiss and hide when approached. It took a lot of time and patience to allow her to be comfortable with her new surroundings in her foster home. Little by little, and with the help of soft treats, she came around and gained trust in her foster family. While she is still cautious and skittish at first, she now likes to be held and pet. She will make biscuits on your arm and lap, and hang out with you on the couch when you're watching TV. She loves "hunting" catnip …

Meet Mama Maize! Less than a year old, Mama Maize has already done an incredible job raising two beautiful kittens after coming into rescue from a hoarding situation while pregnant. Now it’s finally her turn to be the one who’s loved and cared for. This sweet, petite tuxedo girl adores being petted and happily soaks up attention from her people. She’s playful too—bring out a wand toy and you’ll see her inner acrobat come to life! While she gets a little squirmy when picked up, she’s happiest when she’s receiving affection on her own terms. Maize would love a quiet home where she can relax and enjoy the life she deserves. She does well with other cats, having lived with 16 felines before comi…
